5 stars for the tacos with the fresh hand-made tortillas! I just ate two of them, and man, I'm soooo stuffed! In a good way. :) 3 stars for for the ambience / decor - but it's a taqueria; I mean it's the real deal, and basically what you'd expect. Just not a fancy date-night restaurant. People working there were nice and friendly.

The soups here are amazing! They serve those with 3 handmade tortillas. Delicious!. My husband loves the burritos. I just went to pick up my sopa de pescado after just 5 minutes of ordering via phone and went to the cashier Rafael ( I think maybe is the owner?) and told him that was picking up sopa de camarón (my mistake), and when I realized that I told him, "I'm sorry, I'm just too hungry that I forgot what I ordered " then I went to sit down to wait for my food. About 3 minutes later, Rafael comes to my table and gives me a carne asada taco and told me "you said you were too hungry, this taco is a courtesy of the restaurant " . OMG! Who does that? Only a person who listens and care about other people. Most definitely I will keep coming to Taqueria El Nayarita!

Service ok. Usually struggle to understand English Ambiance meh. Price - not cheap. Food - my favorite in the area and it gets 5 stars.
